 Taken in the McDonalds parkinglot, feeding them french fries.

Very minor editing, auto adjust levels and a usm for sharpening and a minor neat image.

Wow, 6.4+, congratulations. I got a laugh from your comment that it was taken in the McDonalds parking lot. It's so lovely and wild looking -- definitely looks like a beach local. Beautiful sky and good example of rule of thirds.

This does look like a painting. The clouds are beautiful and the birds add an interesting element to the pic.
