 I was playing with my new Canon macro lense for this shot. The sun was a bit harsh for my liking but couldn't wait for a softer light that I know would come later in the day. I hope someone likes it.

seems a little soft although the color is nice. From an emotive standpoint, the position/framing of the flowers make them seem distant and aloof.

I love the way the flower on the left seems to be 'whispering' in the other's ear!

Try a larger aperature (if possible with the lighting conditions) to get more of the flowers in focus to limit distractions.
