| What an adorable photo. I agree with everybody about the smile. I think a little interaction between the boy and the dog would work real well also. I think Erin summed it up perfectly. At any rate, it's a wonderful photo. |

| Why is it that so many people feel a child has to be smiling for a picture to be good? It's so often more effective to capture those other little nuances of personality. I find it cute how the boy is linking his little toes together, and how the puppy is apparently taking an interest in that too. I really don't think that the boy looks sad, but he might come across to some as being slightly uncomfortable. Perhaps this was the type of photo session where he needed to be given lots of opportunity to just play and interact naturally with the puppy as you took loads of pictues. Both the boy and the puppy are adorable...even without smiles. :) |

This picture is in a class of its own...its terrific.
The boys feet and hands are amazing and the dog is perfect. This is a winner. |

| The photo comes out very cute. I think the expression on his face compliments the expression the puppies face. Gives them both a mellow mood. |

| Aww, that is so cute! I don't think it looks sad, I think it looks like you caught him playing with the puppy when he wasn't supposed to be, sort of that "I wasn't doin nuthin" kind of look. Very cute, love the overalls! |

Oh no. Not sad at all. To me, it looks "all little boy". He looks so innocent and the personification of childhood. I love this just like it is. It warms my heart!
