 Just a simple, plain portrait...not too complicated. ;-)

Used pantyhose to soften up, obviously was inspired by the Soft Focus challenge. Light source was a window. While playing with Variations in PS Elements, I thought that using the cyan made the subject look underwater or looking at an aquarium, so I just stuck with it. My first submission in months...I'll be extremely pleased if it gets above a 5.0. =-) Can't wait to hear the comments!

Steps used in Photoshop:
Rotate 90 degrees right
Auto Contrast
Adjust Hue/Saturation
Variations - Midtones, More Cyan.

I've been thinking about using nylons to soften images as I begin to play with a lot of different filters with my digital shooting. Can't wait to get one of those D-SLR's, woo-hoo.

This image, to me, proves the quality of the Cool Pix cam that I have read so much about. Good image.

Very beautiful photograph I think a another way to crop would be just below the lips. this would focus the attention more on the eyes, instead of wanterding tot he bottom. Still a beautiful photograph.
