too much foreground, the boat needs to be more dramatic; the haziness of focus works in the midground but not in the background |

interesting. altho i wish the left side was alittle lighter. but that might have been hard wo completely blowing ou the lights. very nice attempt tho : ) |

Having more light behind the boat would have made it more the primary subject. The bright light is the first thing I am drawn to. |

Okay, but it's so out of focus. If possible try to get the silhoutte with the lights directly behind/hidden by the boat. |

A bit more focus needed, but still an interesting shot. Hmmm...you could be going for that foggy look the blurriness gives, though... |

I turned the brightness up on my monitor and now see the boat. Cool |

I think there's too much water in the foreground. I find it takes my attention away from the subject. |
