the outbuilding of a property owned by the local eccentric hermit. he died last week, and the entire compound is slated to be demolished - it truly is unfit for habitation. this is a clean section.
i wish i had met him, so i feel a little less like a vulture, but apparently he wasn't really very nice to be around, with unpredictable and violent mood swings. ah well.
