 I framed the shot, not for the sign that you can read, but for the simple fact that Rick is scratching a lottery ticket that someone gave him. That's why I titled this shot hope.

Read the sign, and then we can understand where these people are coming from.....

The title says 'HOPE' and I for one, really 'HOPE', life does get better than this.....
