Very nice photograph. Although this photo does stay within the challenge, I would have liked to have seen more of the horse. This breed (Friesen? I think) is a study in strength and impressiveness and although it is hinted at here, I think that a shot of the whole shoulder would give the same effect as here, but also of the beauty of the horse itself.
I do entirely enjoy this photo!! (8) |

| I like the angle of this image. And the contrast of the dark hair against the blue sky is very nice. |

| Powerful. Good angle, good drape of hair (crimped or unbraided I wonder) falling to a point, lighting and framing. (Can't decide if background treetops add or subtract). 8 |

| Cool! A very beautiful horse. Although technically wonderful, this photo looks like it could use a little something extra to make it more interesting. I'm almost tempted to say more contrast... but I'm not sure. Maybe some experimenting with burning and dodging in Photoshop might have been cool. It's a really nice shot though! |
