Spiders are not insects...but do not worry about a low score for that, at least not from me. I will just not vote on this one.

You are probably getting some people saying DNMC, but in my mind, spiders are insects, they are creepy & crawly and disgusting...for sure an insect. Great photo!

Good detail on the spider, not fond of the yellow background. You may get voted down because this is technically not an insect. I am voting all bugs on an even field, whether they are insects or not.
