Composition and framing are good, but it looks like this was taken at high noon on a sunny day. There's a lot of contrast, and to properly expose the white flowers, the bug and leaves are too dark. If you had a bug available at the right time, an early morning or late afternoon shot (or one taken in the shade or cloudy day) would have worked better, because the light would be softer and easier to work with. |
