Very odd.....definitely a thought provoking photo. I like it.... Truly brilliant in every aspect imagineable. How did you say you did this. Rocking it on the dashboard? Very different. Brilliant Nonetheless!

This challenge took place before I joined. Certainly a case where photographer's notes would help.
Maybe you could go back and do some "illegal" edits to strengthen the illusion/allusion...especially since you went to so much trouble to take this.

A couple people actually got this shot, what I saw was a line of troups with dogs. It totaly made me think of nazi's. To achieve this I was in my car going down the street while rocking my camera on the dash.

scary. a great sense of energy, coupled with the title, creates a sensation of lightning (blitzkrieg?); the sides appear to contain rows of menacing troops

Were you trying to paint a swastika by moving the camera? I don't get it.

The chaos in this picture is very well done. Your jpeg compression is distracting, though. Try saving at a higher quality.

Nice, very Lord of the Rings. This is a very tough shot to get right, but you did a good job, it is very evocative, I I like the circular effect. I can't decide if it's a face off or a marching parade, but I'm leaning more towards a face off of some type. Strong composition, great lighting, good job on getting that leading line despite all the movement. I like the way the glow on the ground mirrors the darkness above and everything seems to be floating in some sort of spirit world, like I said very Lord of the Rings, though third reich makes sense since Tolkien was influenced by WWI and WWII
