 Quite simply took a closeup out of focus, applied channel mixer and curves, and saved! I thought it looked pretty creepy! :)

I love how there's only a few basic shapes that make up the features of the face! The hollow eyes are very creepy though! :)

Hehe not bad!! But, rather than OOF, try the long exposure... this one hurts to look at :P
