I love love love the processing (except the NI), the desaturated and faded b/w really works for me. Only thing I would suggest.... if possible its not a good idea to crop the chin. Forehead is great, crop all you want, but for portraits the chin helps to tell us the story of the face, its an important detail that shouldn't be lost... its like cropping the nose. Here, eye detail is great, but you lost the texture in the rest of the skin surface with processing, that's a shame because we know she's a beautiful girl we want to see her REAL skin. :)
