I love the tonality of this photograph. the contrasts and detail are superb. I love the story that the childs eyes tell, almost wishing for someone to come home.
Natural light makes for such lovely portraits. It really does something different doesn't it... both for expression and character :) Great photograph and cute model :)
I love the look of wonderment in a child. Very nice conversion to B&W. Excellent use of existing light through a window. The fade to black on the back side of this precious little guy is perfect. Wonderful portrait. Bravo!

Oh, the sweetness continues...your children just melt my heart. This is really nice in profile with the light on his face, fading back to shadow. Those curls are to die for!
