Nice panning work... I like the sense of motion in the shot. Maybe a little faster shutter speed to freeze the guy and keep the wheels in motion. It looks like the focal point was on the top of his shirt... this looks to me as the sharpest area of the photo. Nice capture.

A little soft, but it looks like an overcast day which might caused a slower shutter speed. Nice composition and contrast.
