I love seeing this shot come up once in a while.
I can sit and stare at this and aspire to capture moments like this.

I love how the shallow DOF emphasizes all the sharp clear details. This is so sweet. The tones and contrasts are perfect, and the black and white is the final touch to making this a classic shot.

This is particularly sweet. The tones are superb. If it were mine, I'd crop it and just have them larger in the shot. ;~D

Thanks for your comments. I appreciate them!

I agree that a closer crop would feature more facial detail; however, my main attempt here was to show that the world around them is only a blur when they're together. God, I am getting cheesy aren't I?

It just hit me.
Landscapes have been there for thousands of years, millions of years in fact, and will be for millions of years from now,
but this moment will never be again, nor could ever be replicated.

Now this is what a camera was meant for!
One of the better shots I have seen in a very long time,
and place this as high or higher than ANY landscape shot Ansel Adams ever did.
Bravo - can't say enough about this classic.
