This idea came to be Sunday morning and I shot a very short number (4 shots) and got this on the 4th attempt. I'm relatively pleased with the shot, and hope that I get across a good message using the blurred effect. Not expecting a spectacular score, but HOPEFULLY I'll score above 5.0.

I like your title, good thinking, nicely composed shot.

well, I'm guessing the blurryness is supposed to simulate drunken vision, since otherwise this is way too soft/out of focus. The clean backdrop and subject placement work well enough, although I think I'd try pushing the subject a little more to the corner and going a little wider in order to work with the negative space a little more. This might work for an ad or something, but as a stand alone shot is doesn't really hold my attention much. Not a bad try though.

Good message. The soft focus is meant to show the impared jperception of someone who has been drinking. I usually think of soft focus to portray something sentimental, romantic, angelic..but this is a harsh reality. It is original, but I'm not sure it works for me.

Seems a little more out of focus than soft focus
