| I think that the chilly neon tones really work well with the cool attitude he's putting out there. I like the frame too; it completes the image nicely. |

| I really like the urban feel of this photo...the expression is great. The border serves to compliment the phot very nicely. My processing skills are very limited and I fear commenting on the blue tone for fear of sounding like an idiot - but I really like it since it adds to the urban feel. |
