 Taken early morning before going up on a hot air balloon ride across Melbourne.

No extreme editing. Played around with curves, sharpened and removed some distracting blemishes in the background.

Who needs a flash when you have lighting like this!

Had a recent experience getting to see this process (inflating hot air balloons) at a local air balloon festival. Really fascinating to watch. I like the story this image tells. Doesn't really even need a title, which is rare.

So ... it's been awhile since you've entered a challenge. Like what, 14 years? :-) About time to jump back in wouldn't you say? Looking forward to seeing what you have to offer.

I really like the story this photo is telling. Looks like a great adventure. The photo it self has some wonderful tones, warm and inviting.

Right then, joke's on me as I now have to plough through 564 images and bump them all (yes, all of them) up. There'll be a third run through for fine tuning. It's day two now and I'm running late, sorry.
