 Shot using my 3 head Bowens Light setup I have recently invested in, this is the second outing it has had since it arrival.

Inspired partially by by Puckzzz (Tanja Bolt) I wanted a high key hair spinning / flicking motion to happen. Kinda got what I was after with only about a dozen shots fired off for this. Oh and the name of the file... Well the old 'Allo Allo' reference just came to mind, as it does what it says on the tin!

My Model is my Fiance who participated in this for me and a huge thanks there as she is beyond camera shy!

Shot in RAW and converted using my new version of Lightroom, minor amounts of tweaking to the RAW file before converting to full size JPEG which included WB back to 5600 as this is the ambient temperature of the lighting in the manual. +0.5 Exposure for effect I was after and slight amount of Brightness. Exported to JPEG at full 300 dpi.

Opened in Photoshop and slightly tweaked Levels and then put a minor diffuse glow over it at values of 0 graininess, 6 glow amount and 8 Clear amount. resized to 640 480 and cropped a little more after doing this to remove a distracting element of the top near the strap left in the shot. I then applied a slight sharpen and added a thin border that is the same shade as the colour of the lipstick after all the conversions mentioned above...

Saved for web and uploaded.

Nice capture of the hair, but what I really like about this shot is the spark in the model's expression. She's lovely, and the lighting really caught her beauty.

Hopefully your fiance will get over being camera shy now because this really is a gorgeous picture and she has a wonderful face, wonderful smile, and is quite beautiful in a very natural and not "commercially plastic" way. I really do like this shot - very well done!

Great capture, I really like the contented expression on her face. Focus and exosure are perfect, nice composition. I border is a bit distracting, I feel it would work better if it was plain black and white. I am sure I won't be the only person to point out the typo in the title...

Very nice portrait, lots of action. soft lighting, sharp focus, good eyes. Maybe less of a spin type pic than some but should do well. 8

This is really fun. My only nitpick is the frame. I'd rather it be simple black or nothing. The line of her hair. The catchlights in her eye - NICE.
