Adjusted colors, and used gaussian blur to soften.

I shot this photo is full manual with my attached flash bouncing off the ceiling. Used manual focus as well since for some reason my E-20 was getting confused by the edges of the seat (apparently). Anyway, this shot is about as un-automatic as one can get. There was no second chances either since the smile he gave was really only a sleeping tick, and I was lucky to catch it.

The picture is of my 2 month old(Keaghan Isaiah) gift from God, and what a blessing he's been. I'm stunned at God's provision in my life with three children. I am truly a blessed man!

This shot I'm pretty amazed at how low it scored. Not that I can't see why, but just suprised. Technically the setup has it's issues, that's for sure, and certainly can be downgraded because of that, so I'm not complaining.

It's just that catching a baby smilling in his sleep on film is pretty unusual, and considering I shot it hand-held with an on-camera flash I was happy with how it turned-out. Then the blurr added to the feel of him sleeping.

Spontaneity doesn't seem to get much credit 'round here. OK. Live and learn.

What a little cutie! This picture will never win a ribbon and neither is it technically good, but with subject matter like this - who cares?! No wonder you're grateful. :)

Nice idea but I would have preferred the focus to be less soft - perhaps the lens is just too close?

A practice for the soft-focus challenge? This child certainly does look like God's little blessing! Soft focus works pretty well to give a 'soft' feel to the image.

Beautiful baby, nice soft focus, very appropriate. Wish there were a bit more light, a bit more contrast. Maybe crop in more - frame the face closer from the left, bottom and right. The blue background and the clothes, esp the cute little bear, don't add anything, and distract from that angelic face.

Bad Points: So out of focus. Why? No excuse for OOF this much. Composition is all wrong, the baby is towards the left and looks odd. Also no eye contact - a number one rule!
Good Points: cute bambino ;)

Seems out of focus, and not in a soft way. I'm guessing this was taken handheld indoors. Low light normally means slow shutter speed, which can result in slightly blurry photographs.

Cutie little baby. Your picture needs to be focused little bit more. Maybe you were too close to the baby and your camera could not focus properly. If you have macro setting you could use that. It could also be better in vertical shape.
