This is actually kind of cool-looking, but not very artistic. Keep up the good work though! You've got the right idea... the colors and light squiggles are pretty neat!
The idea is creative, however, the absense of clarity in the image is distracting. I think the shot would have been better if you could create the blurring around some infocus lightbulbs and possibly used some rule of thirds to improve this image.
