I like the idea, I just think thath the background should have been less busy on the upper portion. Maybe another color backgrond in addition to the red might have helped.

Okay, not sure if I get it but let me take a shot...the wooden figure mourns the fact that he is in a world full of color, and he has none??

Anyway, I like the composition and great focus!! I really don't like the border though. Interesting concept and very creative.
