The comment by jclairemcphotos was right on the money. You look at the pic and see the teddy bear and think about little kids getting ready for bedtime. Then you see the hand and think "pull your feet up! Boogeyman!" I think it was a cool idea!
(And your problem with the cross dress challenge really put a wierd thought in my head about E.) |

Here's my thinking as I looked at it: "okay, it's an interesting shot, nice placement of the objects, what is that thing to the right WHOAH"
I'm guessing that was your intent, so you were 100% successful with me. :) And given the amazing score from your commenters, I bet they got it, too. |

| No no, I think the darkness is perfect. In fact, it could probably stand a bit more to add to the fear and trepidation I feel from this. Sad that it's so underrated :( I gave it an 8. |

| Yikes, this is why I am still (at age 65) uncomfortable hanging my feet over the bed. Very nice capture of that boogie-man, scared of the dark, feeling! The grain definitely adds to the illusion. 10 |

OH my god this freaked me out SO much I was like aww cute and then I saw the hand....ok ok.... I am calm
I really like the energy of this picture and the grain works really well. the black lines on top and bottom don't really add in my opinion but the composition here is really nice |
