Good Job! I think it's interesting..not your usual bridal portrait....would work great as a layout background for a contemporary wedding album!

I really like the idea here but it is so subtel that you almost miss it. sorry

Beautiful shot - not crazy about the frame though. (7 - would have been 8 with a plain frame)

I think I know what I'm looking at, but only because of the title. Sorry, this just doesn't work for me. You've got grain, but that's it. The border doesn't help, either.

Took me a moment to get this one, but once I saw it, I loved it.

Without the title I wouldn't have been able to make out what this is. Interesting idea, and the grain adds to the effect, but I think is is too blurred to work, and the burned-edge border is distracting.

dislike the border but I like the softness and subtle tones. border is dark enough to distract from and overwhelm the focus of the image so it becomes the focus. composition and lighting well done.

Why why why why why did you have to put a frame? *sighs*

Not to nit, but by any chance did you mean "The Moment Before I Walk Down the Aisle"? I wasn't sure if it was an intentional play on words? Anyway, really beautiful shot. Love the frame job and muted lashes.

Aisle.

I like how this almost fades to nothing. but the blond curls, the closed eyelashes and perfect nose seem a little too pat for me. 6

Somewhere in there is a beautiful shot, but for me its just lost in the effects. Maybe a tighter crop, left and right, with simple frame.

nice soft focus image... nicely done. I like the border too
03/16/2007 11:13:40 AM
good picture, but the border kills it
03/15/2007 09:45:51 PM
This is just very hard to tell what it is even a picture of.
03/15/2007 04:42:35 PM
more detail would have been nice
03/15/2007 02:33:54 PM
really

personally, I could do without the border ... distracts from the image
03/14/2007 10:15:50 PM
I'm finding this a bit too much with the haziness and the grain.
03/14/2007 01:56:27 PM
The border is really distracting here.

This is a beautiful capture. I almost missed what i was supposed to see until i read the title. Then she appeared. If it were just a tad (and i mean just a tad) darker or more contrast, it'd be perfect...still got a high score from me.
03/14/2007 11:18:25 AM
what is going on in this image?
03/14/2007 08:53:01 AM
i like the lack of focus, grain is well done too
03/14/2007 03:52:51 AM
Stunning - delicate, mysterious, beautiful control of light. Would just not have used a "burnt" border...doesn't lend much to the theme or title.
