This is a lovely shot! I am not sure how you feel about this sort of thing...but I would cut out a large section of the solid black (pulling the reflection closer) and go for the square crop. Just thinking out loud mind you... it is a beautiful photo.

Lovely sunset!! The reflections in the water and the cloud patterns in the sky are particularly beautiful!
