 We were walking the chihuahuas and dachsund and this guy/gall stood up on the wall and looked like they wanted to make friends. This dog never barked even though our dogs went crazy. (They think they can protect us)

What an amazing photo. And a candid one no less! German shephards can look so fierce, but you have captured such a gentleness of soul in those eyes! He looks like he was thinking your little fellows were just so adorable :)
