 Crop, contrast, grayscale, gamma, cloned a few hot spots, added border, resized and saved.

My last few entries haven't done as well as I'd like. Hopefully this one will fair better. I tried to keep it simple.

I liked the image - nice and clear, good conversion to B/W (gave you a 6 during the challenge) - but most of the bubbles were not circles. That probably hurt your score some.
