Nice angle and really shows that churches don't have to be on pretty green hills with blue skies and yellow daisies around them. We forget that they are a very important part of city life too. |

It looks like a big city when you show this view....bigger than I thought. That church sure is boxed in. |

What a cool view from up there. It's amazing to me how the new buildings dwarf what likely was a much taller building than any other when it was built. You live in a nice looking city, and have shown us a lot of interesting views of it over the month of this challenge. I am so happy that you were in, and that I decided to get in also. I knew it would be a lot of fun, entertainment, and that we would all benefit a lot from the experience. |

Kat, it's been fun seeing our city through someone else's camera. Louisville has so much to offer as far as photography. This is a very nice shot. I like the perspective from up there.
Thanks for all your comments and help. This 30 day challenge has een by far the best thing I've done since i got my camera. |

Oh WOW!!! What an amazing scene! Where were you when you took this. What an incredible angle you had. I so love how obvious it is that the old old history of that church has been preserved and protected while all the glass and modern evolution has occurred in your city. What a striking sight!
I am so glad you were part of this thread. As you know, I scour the earth for tidbits about Kentucky -- and especially the Louisville area. You have made it so much more personal again, and I am so inspired to go back and visit. Thanks so much for all your creative work and expert skill in presenting your amazing city in its finest dress!!!
