The cropping off the handlebar and yet leaving so much space at the bottom bugs me. This is really more of a snapshot to me. Trying differing perspectives would really help in a situation like this where perhaps your subject isn't in the most ideal place (ie cars in the background). Shallow DOF would have really helped you.

It's kind of interesting how the helmet is on the floor. maybe you could have played with that. Like have the helmet in the foreground with the harley in the background.
