This image has wonderful colours and some very nice lines. However, I think it would have been much stronger if, a) the rider's head weren't mereging with the black object in the water and b) if there had been more distance in front of the rider than behind him.
Nice silhouette. This is nit picking, but if the guy on the bike were more to the right, he'd balance out the "weight" of the cloud better. As it is, the composition is heavy on the left side. Or maybe crop and have it in the portrait orientation.
