 Despite this appearing to be digital art, all steps in editing were dpc legal.
1 Resize to 640*480 pixels
2 Contrast increased by 50%
3 Saturation increased by 100%
4 Noise reduction: median filter – radius 1 pixels.

Amazing what increasing the saturation to this extreme can do - this was shot with a white background.

A better title might have been "American Liberation -- Love it or Die." Contrast is far too deep here.
