 Street photography II outtake.

A gay couple walking down Pier 39 in San Francisco.

I came to the city that day SPECIFICALLY to get a shot like this, so I was sooooo happy when I saw these two. I decided not to enter it in the challenge because it looked too "smooth" for street photography. Also, in the back of my mind I knew that some voters are against same-sex couples and would thus score it down. What a sad sad world we live in for people to still think like that (IMHO).

The subject matter isn't what kept me from entering it, it was my editing. If I could have tweaked it to where I was happy with it, this would have been my first choice for an entry...but unfortunately I couldn't get it just right.
