| Lots of images within this to ponder; the bridge to the bright city centre, the single soul heading toward the bridge away from the dark old part of town, the framing by shadows, and even the frame itself, which I think works to emphasize the dark to light transition. |

I think both the play between light and shadow areas, and the little puddles at the bottom right, accentuate the feeling of loneliness. Beautiful!
I often wish I could spend a year in a city, or at least a few weeks, to at least have a chance at making some shots like yours :( |

| Revisiting ... I just wish you would half the black outside border. This is SUCH an incredible image otherwise, IMO. |

| I really like the "feel" of this. Just me, but I'd get rid of the border. The shadows make a natural frame. |

This is awesome! I love the scale and perspective that the guy walking down there gives this. This is a very cool urban scene.

| Your challenge entry had perhaps more immediate visual impact, but I very much like the view on this one as well. All the elements play well here - I like the symbolic nature of the bridge taking a path to an elsewhere that can only be imagined, not seen. |
