 This was my first pre-thought, staged photo, so it had to be special (in my mind, at least). As for representation, I wanted to take a photo that reflected the obscene notions that young people tend to have about "the perfect body". I wanted to express how it is force fed to us, the perception of beauty in society, especially when most photos we see in magazines are "touched up" in digital software programs.

I think this is the most appropriate Propaganda photo. They make trillions of $$$ feeding this to women. Total propaganda.

Ahhhh my GOD, soo freakin' true. This is the shitty, produced beauty, so generic, and so dull, it should only belong on the rediculous materialistic magazines these kind of images already come prepackaged in. I like the messege.

A message to young girls. One of the biggest propaganda's of our times. Just pictures of magazines doe not do enough. Maybe need a young girl sitting looking at these.

Nice idea, but shooting others photos isn't as creative as shooting someone like me overwieght or slim like my wife or similar.

somehow.. this imaged appealed to me, could be the overall colour scheme, could be the overall collage feel. I like it.

I liked your topic, I liked the way you chose to set it up, and I really liked that message in the bottome right corner... I thought that that statement on the photo really complemented your title well. Very nice job.
