| perhaps NYC means new york city, well I assume that this is the acronym. I like this image, good the choice for the sepia tone and the NYPD(new york police department I think :) ) car add dynamism to the image. |

| This is excellent. Love the hint of yellow amidst the sepia. Oh, I just noticed the flags have some color too. NICE. Good job. Love the movement and huste of the city. |
