Only drawback is the bright highlights.

ohh I think this almost there. the exposure is bad though. there are many places where your highlights are gone. I would maybe change the crop to be tighter too. whats going on in that top left corner that you need in this image and there is also a little on the left and top that wouldn't be missed either.
