I like the picture, though think it is a little on the scary side. The same look would have been more appropriate for an adult I think.

Interesting as an abstract work of art. But if one thinks of the original photo (which might well be lovely) one cannot help but think of that noise reduction s/w or whatever was used to obtain the effect. I vote it as an abstract. 7.
