Sticks and stones, that's all that's left,
Ol' Ma Nature's been a victim of theft.
Butt tossed out, lit a fire,
Pulled the plug on nature's choir.
Bird's will come to sing again,
But for now, the life is thin.
As are the bears and deer we see,
For a human mistake, they pay the fee.
Hungry and scared, they pace thru ashes,
Across the highway, mother bear dashes, Her young'n behind her, she's at top speed
Brushed by a bumper, he soon takes the lead.
For them, fire and fear is one and the same,
They shouldn't be in this human game.
