I am always moved by this memorial and your portrayal of it here is nothing but fantastic. I have never seen anyone take a creative approach like yours to photograph the memorial and it works so wonderfully. Beautiful, beautiful picture. |

I really regret not seeing that memorial when I was in DC....we didn't get over to Arlington at all, very disappointing. Lovely photo. |

Oh you LUCKY!!! I'm so jealous that you and Jeanne and Jimmy got to get together.
But the I read about her breaking her leg. I can't believe that happened! I'm so sorry !!

This is one of the most patriotic memorials to me. Good angle and lens choice for the image. There are some heroic, and sad stories associated with the guys who were actually involved when the famous photo was made.
