| This would benefit tremendously from a curves adjustment to boost the contrast. |

| The thing I like about this is the inclusion of only the two faces - and the contrasts and similarities in those two faces. |

| B/w conversion looks a little flat to me. The woman looks bored; I think that there is more interest generated by the people in the background of the photo. |
