Sorry but it wasn't staged, it's a stolen moment during the Venice Carnival in Piazza San Marco. Thanks for the comment anyway :)

Nice eye ... I like how both of your subjects, as well as the singer on the poster in the background, are all looking off to the left. Adds an air of mystery to the occasion.

The red cape seems to be glowing! Maybe a tad too much saturation? Nice candid shot but it doesn't evoke any emotion that is usually so prevailant in Street Photography.
