 Taken on a cold, sleety, miserable day in Oxford, England, also my biggest regret of the trip! I was a across the street and spotted this dog and man in the drizzle. The dog looked so miserable I thought I had to get a shot of him. To keep the man from thinking I was shooting him, I stood behind a bus that was just to my left and sheilded myself from the man. (I cropped the bus out ouf the right side of the picture.)

On focusing on the dog, I missed the real scene which was the two of them together, the man shot from the waste down, but both legs. It really bothers me that I missed that instant in time. Oh well...I learned from it, right?
