I gave this a 5 too. I don't know... I agree with those who said the focal point is too far back and the POV is kind of generic. I like the title and maybe a closer crop would've worked better. |

I think some of the other commenters hit on some of the things that would have improved ths shot. I gave it a 5 personally... it's something I see all the time when I'm out hiking, and I still haven't found a unique way to shoot the stuff. More of a focal point might have helped if there was one really neat section of the fungi perhaps? Keep submitting.. GO Team D50! :) |

pretty cool shot. would have preferred all the mushroom in the foreground to be in focus. focus point seems to be back on the upper right of the log but continuing into the first of the mushrooms moving forward. this is actually making it hard for my eyes to settle on either feature. - 5 |

Good idea but a little soft in focus. While I think it fits the challenge well the shot doesnt grab me. It just feels scattered with no one area to really draw me in. |
