My sons boat "S V Wahine" (Princess) at the LaBelle Fl, city dock. He moved it there yesterday to exercise the mechanical things on it, and to spend the weekend. The dock is one of only 2 in the state that allow boats to tie up , use water, and electricity free for 3 days in 2 week cycles. It was Pizza night on the boat tonight.
Cropped from vertical, lightened up a little, blurred he bright light across the river a little.
The boat is a steel hull 60 ft "Tom Colvin" built for the Canadian government in 1963 as an ocean research vessel. It is the second of 3 that were built to Tom's plan for an ocean racer built for single handed open ocean racing. The first was built for Alexander Bell, a well known ocean racer in his day. This boat has circumnavigated the globe 3 times, and been rolled 360 twice, and has weathered 3 hurricanes, 2 at sea, and recently Hurricane Wilma here at LaBelle. $90 in Bermuda paper money fell out of the ceiling in the forward cabin while we were at Bimini last summer. It's just a fine and comfortable old boat, and it sails great with any breeze at all.

I like the serenity and composition of the shot. I feel it could use a bit of sharpening though. I did download your version and applied a simple sharpening pass to it and it stands out so much clearer. With a bit more work this could be an outstanding photo. The right amount of complication balanced with the right amount of simplicity. Love the beer bottle on the post. Not sure about the sneakers though. Either all the way in or out of the shot. A toss up.
