 I used an exacto knife to carve a phone out of a banana, then put on a shirt and jacket, and shot the photo:

PP: crop, despeckle, sharpen, USM, replace color, a little dodge and burn, hue/saturation, color balance. resize, submit

Ring ring ring ring, ring ring ring ring... Banana Phone!!! Nice idea. The focus is a little funky at the bottom of the banana, but it is a fun shot.

Very creative. You really went to some effort for those extra touches! I think a fill flash would have helped bring out the banana a little more, though.

Oh, very good... Maxwell Smart? Or did he only have a shoe phone... Too bad I can't give you 99. Here's one 9 for humor and creativity and nice execution. Just fyi - tones on hand look a little weird.

Heh, cute idea - well done on getting the props to go well with each other. It is a good photograph but it needs improvement in two areas before it can move into the above average category. First, sharpness on the main object. The top and the bottom edges of the bannana are not in as sharp a focus as the middle with the dial buttons on it. A higher F-stop say 5.6 or greater should yield you a better depth of field/sharper focus on all areas in your photo. Next is lighting. The illumination of the main object appears a little flat not to mention that the buttons could be illuminated to show more detail. Natural lighting is good but sometimes it just cannot compensate in lighting up all the important elements in the photo. A light source aimed directly upon your banana phone & at a 45 degree angle and another one perpendicular to the right of the hand at a height just above the hand could illuminate your subject better and get it to pop a little more visually.

Context is worth a lot, and this needs work. Also need lighting improvement - too harsh.

How you got those buttons into the banana fast enough that it didn't turn 5 shades of brown is beyond me. lol
