Hey I am glad you liked the technique! I love all the detail, and your range of tones is really good :)
As a random sidenote: your photo is actually bigger than the site allows and there is a lottle button in the details to view it full size wothout the borders, I learn something new on this site everyday. |

Wow, what great shapes! I like the angle, too. Nice job capturing the contrast in the lines, as well. |

Amazing that they could build something so detailed and huge way back then! Looking forward to more photos of it. |

I like the feel of this shot. Works well in b&w. Like the pattern of the windows. |

This is a fantastic angle and crop of the castle, I love it in black and white. |

It just amazes me that buildings that old are still in use. Talk about pride in your work. Very good picture. |

That's why I LOVE seeing photos of these beautiful OLD buildings overseas because you're right. There's nothing older than 200 years in America is there. That's also why most people in America are so drawn to old architecture. This is so well processed. You can just feel the history in that building. Can't wait to see more.

That is one of my favorite reasons for traveling to Europe - the history. It is so much older than everything here in the states and so much of it is still in relatively good condition.
I like this in black and white, good range of tones and the detail in the brick work is great. |
