Very nice intense color of the sun and the dark gray clouds, also the color reflecting on the water. The boat is dead center though. The rule of thirds could have made a better composition.

Why not put the boat in the left hand bottom so it has the whole picture to leave view. Why did you place it in the middle? Nice exposure.

would have liked to see more ROThirds on this. the extra percived negitive space would have made this image more dramatic.
