Greetmir - The issue I see with this one is the unrealistic colors - especially the almost neon green grass.
In addition, while I can see the bridge, there are so many other things in view - the leaning trees, the branches, etc. that the subject of the photo seems to get lost.

Not to bad at all, actually quite good, not sure about the strong colors, but I still prefer the other one, that I added as a favorite.....
