Went out looking for faces last day today.., and come across this blocky rock area and spotted this guy,I think he came out okay!

Would be improved if there was a definite subject in the picture - something my eye was drawn to look at. Currently I don't know what I am supposed to be looking at, and I don't see Personification.

tough to spot it... then I could identify more than one face... so, I'm not sure what is what here... all look too abstract and confusing: sorry, it does not work for me.

Hmm - I think I can see it: it's a facial profile on the left? I think if that were the case, I would have cropped in tight to remove the superfluous rock on the right (which tends to be rather flat in itself).
